The Veterans Writing Project is a creative writing program for veterans, their families and civilians in collaboration with the local El Paso Veterans Health Care Center.
The workshops will be conducted at the main VA Clinic, 5001 N. Piedras. The goal of the program is to introduce creative writing to veterans and family members and provide an outlet for aspiring writers in the veteran community.

Many of the workshop presenters are published authors, local college professors, and performing artists such as singer-songwriters, and visual artists.
